Shipping policy

We would like to start by saying, we appreciate each and every one of you for shopping with us and trusting us to deliver you the highest quality medical apparel on the market. One of our priorities is to make sure you are always in the loop about what is going on behind the scenes. With that being said, we would like to update you on the shipping of your items.

As of recent, there have been lots of reports of shipping delays and mishaps associated with USPS and the COVID-19 pandemic. Our guarantee is processing and shipping and ship all orders as timely as possible, however, due to postal issues beyond our control, your packages may take longer to arrive.

We ask for your patience during these times and please feel free to contact us info@glamscrubwear.com. We will assist you with any shipping questions or concerns.

 

We ship within the United States and we also offer international shipping.
 
If you need to make any changes to your shipping information or order, we must be notified within 1 hour of your order being placed, otherwise, we cannot guarantee any changes can be made. To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame advertised during check out, please ensure your address is fully entered and correct with apartment or suite numbers. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly. If there are issues with verifying your address, GLAM SCRUBWEAR Support Team will contact you via email to try and resolve these issues. If several attempts to get in contact with you are unsuccessful, your order will be placed on hold. No shipping or further processing will take place
at that time.

Upon processing of your shipment, you will receive tracking information. GLAM SCRUBWEAR is not responsible for orders that have left our possession and are marked as Received by the Postal Office/ In-Transit/ Delivered. If you have questions about or issues with packages marked as Received by the Postal Office/ In-Transit/ Delivered please contact USPS or the appropriate
shipping carrier directly. We are always willing to assist but our ability to assist may be limited. 
 
International Shipping is currently processed automatically at checkout. Please note, international orders may be subject to additional custom charge.
